About Your Visit
Whether you are coming in for an office visit, ultrasound appointment, monitor placement, or health screening, it is important that you arrive on time so we can ensure you receive the best care possible in the time which has been reserved for you. Your appointment slot includes time necessary to fill out any required paperwork.
If you are a new patient to our practice, plan to be here for one to two hours. Follow-up appointments generally require 30 minutes and brief visits take around 15 minutes.
What to Bring
1) Your insurance card
2) A Picture ID
3) All current prescription and over-the-counter medication bottles
Cancellation/No Show Policy
As our valued patient, time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. If you fail to show or cancel your appointment within the appropriate time frame, you may be preventing another patient from getting much needed treatment. Please call (864) 509-6111 at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or change an upcoming appointment. We reserve the right to charge a $25 no show fee if you fail to come to a scheduled appointment or cancel less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
We ask that you see Dr. Thandroyen at least once a year to maintain your prescription refills.
Requests for medication may be called in and left on the nurse's phone line during normal business hours. Remember to leave a detailed message for the nurse including your name, date of birth, the name and telephone number of your pharmacy, and the name of the medication you need refilled.
Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your prescription refill to be completed.
